Blog Entry: In business it's not just money that will make you successful. I consulted for a restaurant that she had invested $300,000 and because she had no management expeience nor a business plan she failed in a year. I have great ideas that will change the world, something that no body else is doing and you may have the money, but, "those who fails to plan, plan to fail." I always suggest have a business plan which is your road map to success. Not just having a plan, you need to work your plan. There is more than one way to get to Los Angeles, California. There is a direct and easier way to get there, look at the gap or GPS. If you live in San Bernardino and your destination is LA wouldn't go to San Diego to get there, you would be off course. You would eventually get there but, it is not a direct course. In the construction of a building they use plans os that everyone that is working doesn't have a their own interpretation on how to erect the building.
